This project consisted of a 4,300 sf expansion and renovation to an existing classroom on the University of Miami Medical Campus. The project involved MEP services, finish upgrades and owner furnished coordination. Elevated seating platforms were constructed on site for this project. Integrated lighting baffles and decorative sound panels were also featured throughout the space.

Adjacent rooms and hallway spaces were captured into the project area to create a larger auditorium style classroom.
