Project Manager

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing construction projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for oversite of multiple construction projects and will lead a team of superintendents and assistant project managers.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain updated project schedule
- Buyout of Subcontract agreements
- Manage and update the project budget
- Provide project status reports
- Manage and oversee procurement of material and equipment
- Monitor project deliverables
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Coach and support project team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Procore, or equivalent Project Management Software
Assistant Project Manager
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Position Type: Full-Time
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will work directly with the project manager and assist with planning, coordinating, and implementing construction projects within the decided- upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will manage the submittal and RFI process throughout the project to ensure all construction details meet the intended design.
Responsibilities:
- Construction administrative processing (RFI’s, Submittals, Meeting Minutes)
- Work with Project Manager to track material procurement
- Provide project status reports
- Maintain working drawings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Procore, or equivalent Project Management Software
Construction Superintendent
Location: Miami / Fort Lauderdale / Palm Beach, FL
Position Type: Full-Time
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be comfortable overseeing the entire operation of the construction site. They should be able to determine and address any high-risk areas or activities in order to maintain the safety of workers. This candidate should be experienced in communicating project milestones with clients and other parties and be able to establish a timeline for completion. The candidate is preferred to have healthcare construction experience and has worked on AHCA reviewable projects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operation of construction projects
- Ensure safety, compliance, and quality regulations are followed
- Communicate project progress with clients and project managers
- Manage subcontractors and construction site organization
Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in the construction industry
- Strong construction management and communications skills
- Ability to read construction documents
- Familiarity with regulatory construction standards
Assistant Superintendent
Location: Miami / Fort Lauderdale / Palm Beach, FL
Position Type: Full-Time
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will assist with overseeing the entire operation of the construction site. They will work with the lead superintendent to determine and address any high- risk areas or activities in order to maintain the safety of workers. They will work with the subcontractors to ensure the standards of quality and safety are adhered to on-site. The Assistant Superintendent will support the Superintendent and Project Manager in maintaining the project schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day to day field operations
- Investigate existing conditions with subcontractors
- Report and generate RFI’s regarding potential or upcoming conflicts
- Maintain ICRA, ISLM, Safety Requirements
- Notify and coordinate with facilities for areas of work and shutdowns
Qualifications:
- Strong construction management and communications skills
- Ability to read construction documents
- Familiarity with regulatory construction standards
Construction Intern
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Position Type: Part-Time
Job Description:
The ideal candidate would be a current college student pursuing a degree in Construction Management/Engineering/Architecture. They will assist the project management and field management teams with communication between subcontractors, design teams, and owners. The intent of this position is to cross-train in the project management and field departments.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to track material procurement
