  • Project Manager

    Job Description:

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing construction projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for oversite of multiple construction projects and will lead a team of superintendents and assistant project managers.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain updated project schedule
    • Buyout of Subcontract agreements
    • Manage and update the project budget
    • Provide project status reports
    • Manage and oversee procurement of material and equipment
    • Monitor project deliverables
    • Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
    • Coach and support project team members

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
    • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
    • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
    • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Procore, or equivalent Project Management Software

    The ideal candidate will work directly with the project manager and assist with planning, coordinating, and implementing construction projects within the decided- upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will manage the submittal and RFI process throughout the project to ensure all construction details meet the intended design.

    • Construction administrative processing (RFI’s, Submittals, Meeting Minutes)
    • Work with Project Manager to track material procurement

    • Maintain working drawings

This candidate should be experienced in communicating project milestones with clients and other parties and be able to establish a timeline for completion. The candidate is preferred to have healthcare construction experience and has worked on AHCA reviewable projects.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure safety, compliance, and quality regulations are followed
