This 4,442 SF renovation transformed the Graduate Medical Education space, enhancing functionality and comfort for residents and faculty. The upgraded facility includes two classrooms, five offices, two lounge areas, four on-call rooms, five bathrooms, a conference room, a locker room, and a computer room.

The project scope featured modern finish upgrades, including new flooring, wall finishes, doors, casework, ceilings, and bathroom specialties. MEP improvements included updated lighting and plumbing fixtures, as well as a new HVAC system with advanced equipment and controls to optimize efficiency and comfort.
