Interior Scope: Upgraded finishes for all 6 floors in the common corridors, bathrooms, lobby and atrium. Replaced all existing mechanical VAV boxes and refurbished the elevator cab interiors.
Exterior Scope: Painted the entire exterior and replaced all window caulking. Penthouse windows were replaced with new impact windows. Installed new roof system and new metal clad entrance canopy.
