This project involved a comprehensive interior renovation to transform an existing space into a state-of-the-art STEM laboratory at the Nova Southeastern University campus. The scope of work included selective demolition, reconfiguration of interior layouts, and the installation of modern finishes designed to foster a dynamic and collaborative learning environment. Existing MEP systems were upgraded to support specialized lab equipment, along with the integration of IT/Data infrastructure to meet the technological demands of the space.

Construction activities were carefully phased and coordinated to ensure the facility remained fully operational throughout the duration of the project, minimizing disruption and maintaining alignment with the school’s academic calendar.
