This project focused on renovating interior finishes in existing classrooms and the student lounge at the Rosenstiel Medical Research Building on the University of Miami Medical Campus. The scope included upgrades to MEP, IT/Data, and security systems, as well as enhanced finishes and decorative architectural elements.

Coordination and integration of owner-furnished equipment were incorporated into the project schedule. Custom-built elevated platforms were constructed on-site to support tiered seating layouts. The renovation was completed on an accelerated timeline to ensure the spaces were ready for the fall semester.
